When you request information, start a conversation with us, purchase a subscription or sign up for a service, we may collect your name, business name, mobile phone number, email address, business location and anything else you choose to tell us.

If you use GrowthOS Protect to run your projects, we also process the information you and your team put into the product — such as project details, documents, photos, approvals and messages you exchange with your own customers.

3. Website and Usage Information

When you visit our sites we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and general usage activity. This helps us keep the site working, understand what people find useful and detect abuse.

6. Payment Processing

GrowthOS currently uses Stripe infrastructure for payment processing. When you pay through our checkout, your card details are entered directly into components hosted by Stripe.

California Trading Company LLC and GrowthOS do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes through the GrowthOS checkout. Payment information is processed by Stripe and other applicable payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do receive limited billing information from our payment provider, such as confirmation of payment, the plan purchased, subscription status and the last portion of a card where provided, so we can manage your account.

8. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate our business. These providers process information only as necessary to perform services for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, to run our business, to resolve disputes and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we hold it.

You can ask us to delete information you provided, and we will do so where we are not required or permitted to keep it.

• You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to stop sending marketing email by using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service messages related to an active account.

14. California Privacy Information

If you are a California resident, applicable California privacy law may give you rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

15. Children’s Privacy

GrowthOS Protect is a business product. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
